Decisions, Decisions!

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions…we all have them to make! But the question is, will we make the right ones? I am not talking about general day to day decisions, like what am I going to eat, what I am going to where, etc.  I am talking more so of those major, life altering decisions, that have you at the fork in the middle of the road of your destiny. There are several things that influence our decision making, like what it takes, what actions are required to fulfill the decision, and what is the outcome of the decision.  So what do you do to ensure that you have made the most effective decision for your lives?

1) SEEK GOD. I cannot stress this enough.  Try to 3A APPROACH. ASK – ACKNOWLEDGE –ACT.
A) Ask God what He would have you to do, the direction He would have you to go. Expect to get an answer.
B) ACKNOWLEDGE that you have received an answer from Him. Don’t second guess it, don’t waver, and don’t ask other’s their opinion of it. God’s answer is actual and factual, and is not up for debate.

C) ACT on what He has told you. Why ask if you don’t proceed with the instruction given? If it sounds a bit outlandish, or crazy to you…don’t worry, just do it! God is trying to stretch you beyond the sense of reasonable…His ways are beyond that, to get you to see the impossible come to past inside of you!

2) Discern what others speak to you. Sometimes God may not give you an answer directly from Him, but may use someone else to speak to you. Check the words and the spirit behind the words that you receive, and CONFIRM them with Him.

 3) Don’t live in the season of regret! If you thought you had it right, and you do miss the mark, just look to aim better the next time! A skilled sharpshooter was a horrible aim when they first began! All things that don’t work out the way you thought usually have a message within for you to grasp and learn for the next time of opportunity. Don’t be afraid to step out and live fearlessly!

Make it a point to prioritize your decisions and live the life that is destined within you!
